About the role
- The Department of Urology is seeking a fellowship-trained Andrologist/Men's Health Urologist to join our academic practice to replace an outgoing andrology/men's health urologist.
- The candidate will receive faculty appointment at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine commensurate with experience and accomplishments.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a full-time academic clinical practice.
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and residents in managing inpatient and outpatient care.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in prosthetic urology.
- Experience with microsurgical fertility procedures.
- Experience participating in clinical trials or quality improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Role within the Department
- Expanding access for male infertility and sexual medicine services.
- Increasing outpatient procedural capacity.
- Growing prosthetic and reconstructive surgical services.
- Increasing surgical volume and downstream hospital revenue.
Compensation
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and departmental budget.
