About the role
- The Director of Information Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for Addium's IT organization, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technology operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CIO to define and execute the company's IT strategy, policies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure competitive advantage.
- Develop IT budgets, forecasts, and investment strategies aligned with Addium's business priorities.
- Thought leadership and systems thinking, with the ability to see across platforms, processes, and teams to design scalable, integrated IT solutions that align with business priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Security, Operations, and Business Leaders.
- Lead IT architecture planning, system integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems.
- Manage offshore resources and partnerships with managed service providers (MSPs) to optimize operations and cost efficiency.

- Reporting to the CIO, this role partners with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing cross-functional IT teams at the departmental or enterprise level.
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, Celigo(iPaaS), and Okta.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, automation, and modern IT operations.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Track record of managing offshore resources and MSPs to deliver operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

- $145,000 (Max $160K) annually
