About the role

  • The Director of Information Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for Addium's IT organization, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technology operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CIO to define and execute the company's IT strategy, policies, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Develop IT budgets, forecasts, and investment strategies aligned with Addium's business priorities.
  • Thought leadership and systems thinking, with the ability to see across platforms, processes, and teams to design scalable, integrated IT solutions that align with business priorities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Security, Operations, and Business Leaders.
  • Lead IT architecture planning, system integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems.
  • Manage offshore resources and partnerships with managed service providers (MSPs) to optimize operations and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing cross-functional IT teams at the departmental or enterprise level.
  • Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on experience with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, Celigo(iPaaS), and Okta.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.), and risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, automation, and modern IT operations.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Track record of managing offshore resources and MSPs to deliver operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

  • $145,000 (Max $160K) annually
