About the role

- The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and heat and cold.
Responsibilities
- Perform Sight Validation of product configuration
- Develop provisioning skills as it relates to CSA and AEL development
- Develop skills to interpret construction drawings for CSA development
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior U.S. Navy, MSC or USCG experience desired, but not required
- Successful applicant must be willing to cross-train to other areas within ILS
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance may be required if deemed necessary in the scope of your position responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills
- Familiar with Database development
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Related education in Supply Chain Management or Integrated Logistics Support desired, but not required
Skills

- Will determine the technical adequacy of all CSA deliverables
- Will provide CSA input to all members of the ILS Team
- LIAISES WITH: Engineering, Supply Chain, Navy, Equipment Suppliers and ILS
- Support Contractors
- Candidates must meet the following employment eligibility guidelines to be considered for employment with Austal USA:
- 18 years of age or older at time of application
- Able to provide proof of US Person Status
- No felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within seven years from disposition date
- No felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from disposition date
- Willing to submit to a drug screen

- $34k-$66k
