Responsibilities

  • may include, but are not limited to: Leads staffing/hiring/redeployment administrative tasks.
  • Strategizes with the Program Leadership Team to implement solutions for all staffing challenges.
  • Reports status to Section/Department Managers and EI&E Leads.
  • Supports University Relations and Recruiting (UR&R) activities with UR&R POC.
  • Supports onboarding tasks prescribed in Workday.
  • Leads staffing/hiring/redeployment administrative tasks.
  • Leads Provisioning Tasks (computers, phone, badges, wireless).
  • Performs Security Clearance Submittals and Tracking for new employees.
  • Leads development and implementation of employee development strategies and the associated tracking of training activities.
  • Performs Facilities/Labs/Infrastructure administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) as determined by business needs.
  • Experience supporting various levels of employees, including Leadership.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Teams experience.
  • Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation

  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
  • Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
  • $139,000.00 - $208,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

  • Coordinate with EI&E leadership team, program, and other functional counterparts to achieve the EI&E annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range goals and objectives.
