About the role

  • working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality products are served and guest's expectations are fulfilled.

Requirements

  • OR an associate's degree and two years of related work experience
  • OR a bachelor's degree and one year of related work experience
  • OR a master's degree and no work experience required
  • Related experience: Experience with menu planning and implementation, event management, supervision of line/prep cooks, or similar work
  • Certification or licensures required
