- The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a dedicated Assistant Group Home Manager to help lead one of our residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

- Team Partner with the Residential Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of the residence.
- Provide leadership and decision-making support during evenings, weekends, and in the Manager's absence.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals to promote quality care and professional growth.
- Promote Individual Success Assist individuals with developing independent living, social, and daily living skills.
- Help implement and monitor Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs) while documenting progress toward outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with families, guardians, and service providers.
Requirements
- Review daily documentation, communication logs, and required electronic records for completeness and accuracy.

- $25.00 per hour, plus applicable evening/weekend shift differentials and overtime opportunities
