Responsibilities
- to Build a Connection™.
- Foster organizational success through effective stakeholder engagement, cost optimization, quality assurance, and the mentorship and development of management and support teams.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio-level HOA, condo, or community association management (CAM).
- Strong executive presence with advanced financial acumen, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of community association law and capital reserve budgeting.
- CMCA credential required
- AMS or PCAM designations highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications
Compensation
- Advanced Financials: Architect and oversee annual operating budgets and capital reserve funds.
