- This position plays a key role in accurate PJM submissions, cost adder calculations, fuel and inventory reconciliation, reliability reporting, and plant data governance.
- The role requires strong analytical skills, coordination with multiple plant and corporate teams, and a deep commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
- Ability to interpret technical data, financial information, and operational metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with plant operations, commercial, and environmental teams.
- Experience in energy markets, PJM operations, or plant operations.
- Familiarity with MIRA, Aligne, PI, GADS, or similar systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in working with large rotating equipment (specifically turbines and generators).
- Experience in working with steam turbines and combustion turbines.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication monitoring.
- Professional Engineer registration in Pennsylvania (for principal engineer position).
