About the role

  • This role focuses on identifying friction points, drop-offs, and operational bottlenecks across the acquisition, underwriting, and application/funding funnel.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science within fintech, financial services, or a data-driven consumer or B2B environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing customer funnels, conversion metrics, or operational workflows
  • MLOps knowledge is also highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with operations or frontline teams to translate analytics into execution
  • Experience supporting experimentation, measurement, and performance monitoring in production environments
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline required.

Compensation

  • $180k-$250k
