- This position reports to: Production Supervisor __ Your role and responsibilities The BWS Operator is responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes.
- Uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor.
Responsibilities

Nice to have
- Configure and run winding machines (set parameters, load materials, adjust CNC settings) to meet production specs.
- Track machine performance, identify issues, and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience, military service, or relevant vocational/technical training (motor experience preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work any assigned shift.
- Detail-oriented with strong quality focus
- able to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
