About the role
- This Product Management role sits within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Technology and is critical to fulfilling our enterprise-wide, multi-year Data Plan.
- This role will ensure the smooth implementation of Data Quality rules execution (eDQP) including the Change Management processes, scorecards generation (ROCK), Health metrics monitoring, exceptions management and data concerns management.

Responsibilities
- Support the smooth implementation of Data Quality (eDQP) rules to ensure the integrity of our data assets and sustainability of the Data Program
- Proactively analyze, review, and manage the interdependencies and interconnectivities of the data plan across all core ERT Use Cases.
- Identify, manage, and track risks and issues early in the lifecycle to prevent delays and ensure consistency across all ERT Use Cases.
- Prioritizes and implements best practices for continuously improving product development efficiency and quality
- This role will also analyze, review and manage the interdependencies and interconnectivities of the data plan across all the Use Cases beyond the core 19 ERT Use Cases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.
- Proven experience in technical product management, program management, or a similar role, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and risk management concepts.
- Experience with regulatory programs and Consent Order deliverables is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Communicates effectively with diverse range of stakeholders across business, data domains, and technology
- Has thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality technology products / services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Compensation
- $192,000.00 - $288,000.00
- In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
- Available offerings may vary by jurisdiction, job level, and date of hire.
