About the role

  • This role ensures blends are produced accurately according to specifications while maintaining product quality, lot integrity, and inventory accuracy in a safe and efficient manner.
  • You will be performing the following tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Operates forklift, pallet jack and hoist to successfully run the bag slitting equipment to blend and process tea for the production lines.

  • The Blender position is responsible for receiving, blending, and preparing raw tea materials to support production operations.

Nice to have

  • This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
  • Overtime may be available, depending on the needs of the business.
  • The anticipated starting wage rate for this position is $20.95-$22.40 per hour plus $0.60 shift differential.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to tolerate noise associated with production equipment and changing weather conditions (heat/cold/humidity).
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment including company uniforms, hearing and eye protection.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day to monitor production.
