- The Account Manager Associate is responsible for assisting Account Executives and Account Managers with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.

Responsibilities
- Maintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response
- Provide receptionist support, when needed
- Strong community support and involvement through HUB Gives
Requirements
- Superior customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License for required state/s.
- Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Required Travel: Negligible
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates as required
- Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College Degree preferred
