Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of quality engineers operating in an agile environment to drive built-in quality in our software applications.
- Execution: Drive improvement of quality metrics and KPIs for the Performance Engineering Suite of products.
- AspenTech solutions address complex environments where it is critical to optimize the asset design, operation and maintenance lifecycle.
- Experience developing software behavior tests using Gherkin.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
- Experience leading teams of quality engineers in an Agile environment.
Nice to have

- Experience testing software systems using a variety of languages, C# and C++ a plus.
