Responsibilities

  • Document and report incidents involving loss, damage, theft, or guest/resident/Team Member concerns, gathering observable facts objectively and escalating to the Director of Security or appropriate leader.
  • Support emergency preparedness by participating in drills, training, and life-safety exercises, and by maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the property's emergency response plans.
  • Partner with all departments to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.
  • With 30 one-of-a-kind hotels, resorts, and residences, Auberge invites guests to create unforgettable stories in some of the world's most desirable destinations.
  • A collection of beautifully appointed event spaces each designed for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike-offers an elegant backdrop to host the city's most memorable moments.

Requirements

  • Must hold, or obtain within the timeframe required by law as a condition of continued employment, a valid Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer registration issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a Security Officer or in a comparable safety, loss-prevention, or guest-service role
  • experience within a luxury hotel, residential, or resort environment is strongly preferred.
