Responsibilities

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association -PREFERRED
  • Maintains patient records as per department guidelines.

Requirements

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - The National Board of Respiratory Care -REQUIRED
  • California Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) - Respiratory Care Board of CA -REQUIRED
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
  • On-Call Required:
  • The National Board of Respiratory Care -REQUIRED
  • Respiratory Care Board of CA -REQUIRED
  • American Heart Association -REQUIRED
  • As part of the terms of employment, employees in this role are required to join the union within 31 days of hire and remain a member (e.g. dues paying, fee paying, religious exception contributor) for the duration of the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Required Qualifications

Nice to have

  • Associate's Degree in a related field
  • 1 Year respiratory care experience
  • American Heart Association -PREFERRED
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) -PREFERRED
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Various-Employee provides certificate -PREFERRED
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) -PREFERRED

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
