Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors-educating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property success Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing Leverage company-provided leads and Salesforce to build and manage a strong pipeline Drive growth by consistently exceeding origination goals and delivering an exceptional borrower experience Amplify your reach through strategic outreach, marketing materials, and smart client qualification
Requirements
- 1+ years in residential or commercial mortgage lending (or similar background)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- MLO license preferred, but not required
Compensation
- $50,000 Commission: Up to 40 BPS + profit sharing on closed loan economics Total Earnings: $150,000-$200,000+ annually (uncapped upside) Equity Opportunity: All 2026 hires receive shares through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Why Ternus Lending?
