About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • MSN and DNP or PHD in nursing degree required
  • Must have an active unencumbered Louisiana RN nursing license
  • Must have an active unencumbered Louisiana APRN nursing license
  • National certification through the AANP or ANCC required for FNP
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing practice in a clinical setting is Required
  • Must have required subject matter expertise in the course of instruction.
  • Faculty must have excellent communication, motivational, and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment.
  • We are seeking primarily Industry Professionals to share their knowledge and experience with undergraduate and graduate students in a variety of fields.

Nice to have

  • A minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level
  • online teaching experience highly preferred.
