Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend advanced technical solutions aligned with product and system requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new technologies and improve engineering processes.
- Lead and support project planning, execution, risk management, and closeout activities.
- Provide technical expertise, mentoring, and guidance to peers and cross-functional partners.
- Experience working across multiple functions and with external partners or organizations.
- Its two Innovation Centers in Akron, Ohio, and Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg, strive to develop state-of-the-art products and services that set the technology and performance standard for the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Engineering degree required for Latin America candidates.
- 5 or more years of professional experience in electrical, computer, or related engineering fields.
Skills
- Contributes to cross-functional and cross-divisional initiatives that advance technology and process capabilities.
- Helps ensure successful project execution while managing technical risks and improving overall outcomes.
