About the role

lead root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes
Ensuring the right staffing, training, and equipment are in place to hit productivity and service goals. Coaching and developing team members through training, feedback, and recognition-building skills, engagement, and ownership
Reviewing workflows and implement improvements that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and elevate quality.
Assigning work, plan daily labor schedules, and remove blockers so the team can deliver. Prioritizing effectively in a changing environment - rebalancing resources and work as new information comes in
use metrics to spot trends and drive action
lead daily huddles/stand-ups and team meetings to align priorities
Modeling and enforcing company policies consistently, with a focus on empowering, respect, accountability, performance and growth. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver great client experience and hit delivery commitments
Partnering with HR and site leadership to build a positive, inclusive employee experience and support hiring, onboarding, and development

3+ years of leadership experience in production, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
Have experience supporting high-volume, accuracy-critical production workflows
Possess working knowledge of WMS/shipping systems and inventory control best practices.
Comfort with data and technology: advanced Excel skills and ability to learn/improve operational systems
Able to work in brisk production environment: walking, bending, and ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs to assist the team
