  • You are a natural multitasker, but never sacrifice quality - you can pivot gracefully between tasks, manage multiple priorities at once, and you bring a smile to it all.
  • You know how to build trust with a young person, engage with their interests, and offer gentle redirection when transitions get tricky.
  • You lead with kindness and always remain composed, even when they are testing boundaries.
  • We could really use support so the home runs smoothly in the background, even on the busiest weeks.

Requirements

  • You are proactive, self-directed, and are always looking for new ways to step in and help.
  • You are great with kids and genuinely enjoy their company.
