Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of all crate request jobs-including estimating, booking, scheduling, and supervising production-while continuously refining systems to improve output, manage costs, and adhere to assigned budgets.
Requirements
- Prioritize and plan work activities, determine additional resource needs, and ensure the cratemaking staff remains fully compliant with all required training and timekeeping protocols.
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific packing and crating techniques, including museum travel exhibitions, two-way/economical crating methods, three-dimensional packing, archival materials, and museum specifications.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, with a working knowledge of Moveware, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively present information to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
