About the role
- At MCIS safety is our top priority and having our safety spotter is crucial to making sure tasks, jobs and the job site itself is operated in such a manner.
- It is a spotter's duty to ensure the safety of everyone working near the job site and the rules, regulations and standards are being upheld.

Responsibilities
- Traffic control- Implement traffic control measures to keep other workers and vehicles away from the scissor lift.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Required to work weekends or overtime depending on the needs of the jobsite you are actively working at.
Nice to have
- Previous construction experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
