About the role
- Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position.
- Negotiate and make job offers for positions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Nice to have
- 6 months previous Human Resources related experience preferred.
Compensation
- The budgeted pay range for this position is $29 - $31 per hour.

- The Associate Recruiter will handle open requisitions with low to moderate levels of technical and/or labor market complexity.
