About the role

  • We're hiring our Senior Product Designer to shape how IT leaders, transformation teams, and enterprise practitioners experience multi-agent AI.
  • Software where an autonomous system is doing the work, and the human stays in the loop, in control, and in trust.
  • This is a high-ownership IC role with meaningful surface area: agentic workflows, governance and audit experiences, observability into how agents reason and act, and the operational tools enterprise teams rely on it every day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, interaction flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and prototyping for AI-driven, data-heavy enterprise workflows.
  • Design for governance and trust: surface what agents are doing, why they're doing it, and how a human can review, intervene, or override.
  • Build and maintain the design system that keeps the Tessera Mosaic platform consistent across products and surfaces.
  • Raise the craft bar across the company: provide design critique, mentor engineers on UX patterns, and advocate for user-centricity at every level.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product design, building enterprise products, developer tools
  • Demonstrated strengths across interaction design, visual design, information architecture,and user research.
  • Systems-level thinking. Able to zoom out across products, workflows, and platforms, and design coherent end-to-end experiences instead of one-off screens.

Requirements

  • Comfort multitasking across initiatives and collaborating with different teams (product, engineering, GTM, customer success, and leadership) often in parallel.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a track record of owning a product area end-to-end.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for AI-native, agentic, or data-intensive products.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HCM, or other systems of record.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with prototyping AI-assisted tools (e.g., using Cursor or similar)
  • Work at the intersection of AI, ERP systems, and automation
  • High ownership, high impact, and direct influence on product direction
