Responsibilities

  • This position goes beyond the typical-it's your chance to develop a new offering from the ground up within an esteemed security organization.
  • You'll collaborate directly with the company founders and product leadership, playing a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our product and leaving a lasting mark on the company's innovation path.
  • Own the strategy and roadmap of the product. You will collaborate closely with company founders, engineering teams, and design teams to execute on the strategy from conception through launch and beyond.
  • Lead and drive momentum in cross-functional team meetings to ensure projects stay on track. Foster a collaborative environment and remove obstacles that impede team progress.
  • Collaborate closely with our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Platform product teams to identify cross-product opportunities.
  • That's why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
  • These AI tools support our human recruiters in the initial review process but do not make final hiring decisions without human involvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management within the cybersecurity industry
  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint security, application control, and/or secure configuration management
  • Prior experience or skills in System Administration
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through stakeholder engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to break down complex concepts into understandable messaging in a variety of formats (e.g., one-pagers, presentations, demonstration videos, etc.)
  • 3+ years in developing or managing B2B cybersecurity products with an emphasis on application control and/or secure configuration management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
  • Track record of developing and executing on innovative roadmaps and product strategies
  • Experience using or building Application Control products
  • Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.

Compensation

  • Range: $230,000 to $250,000 base, plus bonus and equity
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
