Manage Bain Capital Credit's leverage facilities including middle market CLO's, asset-backed facilities, and fund level financing arrangements.
Prepare borrowing / paydown requests to maintain appropriate liquidity for new deal funding and other cash needs
Maintain, and advise Portfolio Management team on, fund-level liquidity and leverage statistics over various time horizons and stressed scenarios
Maintain borrowing bases and portfolio surveillance models to support liquidity and financing facility management processes.
Optimize financing facility collateral to maximize availability and manage against facility concentration limits and eligibility criteria.

Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and work under strict deadlines
Drive collateral reporting process with trustees and other reporting requirements with lenders for credit facilities and CLOs as required by indentures / credit agreements.
Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
High attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and responsiveness
Strong problem-solving skills and solutions oriented approach
Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
Ability to decipher complex legal documents and credit agreements
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Expected Annual Base Salary $95,000 - 110,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
