About the role

  • The candidate will review work done by team analysts and will serve as a resource for handling inbound ad hoc requests from investors and prospects.
  • Assist the sales team in creating and reviewing prospect-specific materials for due diligence sessions and pitch meetings.
  • Responsible for regular updates and maintenance of standard product marketing materials, including pitchbooks, fact sheets, and platform decks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of product management and marketing strategies, serving as primary resource for senior product team members.
  • Work with Global Client Solutions sales leads and supporting teams in completing and reviewing RFPs, DDQs, and related due diligence documents in support of new business opportunities.
  • Work with senior team members to update the RFP response database and coordinate across teams to support completion of RFPs and questionnaires.
  • Support new products that are transitioning from the development stage to launch.
  • Review analyst work for recurring reporting documents and investor deliverables.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, able to communicate effectively and operate in a cooperative and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
