About the role

  • Manager, Finance Business Partnering is a strategic finance leader within Chamberlain Group's
  • Finance function, supporting either Corporate Finance or Commercial/Product business unit environments.
  • Success in this role requires deep financial expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Experience presenting to business leaders preferably in a finance business partner or FP&A capacity supporting corporate or commercial/product business units
  • Provide ad hoc and special‑project financial support to enable informed decision‑making across the organization.
  • Build and maintain trusted finance partnerships with senior business leaders, serving as a strategic advisor who influences key decisions and connects financial insights to business outcomes.
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies
  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
  • Maintain deep professional and technical expertise by staying current on financial best practices, tools, and industry trends.
  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 10+ years of experience in financial analysis,
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a team

Nice to have

  • MBA or CPA preferred, but not required.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
  • In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
  • This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
