About the role
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, resolve, and perform root-cause analysis on daily store feedback related to parcel delivery, carrier pickups, and general logistics across all four fascias.
- Monitor inbound shipments to identify and document vendor routing guide violations.
- Gather necessary evidence (e.g., carrier delays, incorrect routing) and collaborate with the internal Vendor Compliance team to issue chargebacks or compliance penalties.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's or Technical degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and carrier portals is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills highly preferred, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
- Systems Experience: Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and carrier portals is highly preferred.
