About the role
- We are looking for Software Engineers to join engineering at Root.
- In this role, you will work closely with peers on a team within a product domain.
- You'll play a key role in solving customer and business problems in collaboration with your teammates.
Responsibilities
- This means we will support you working in whatever location that works best for you across the US.
- Actively seek to understand the customer's problem to ensure you are developing effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with supportive teammates to share and improve your work
- Clearly communicate and document your work to help others learn
- Support your systems in production resolving incidents and issues that affect our customers
- This helps us create a more personal and engaging experience for both you and our interviewers.
Requirements
- Experience with Agentic Development Tools
- Experience with React, TypeScript or Javascript
- Experience with the Apryse Document SDK
- Experience with AWS
Compensation
- $126,300 - $145,000 (Eligible for Competitive Bonus & Equity Offering)
