Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support by assisting students with academic tasks, social interactions, and adaptive daily living skills
- Monitor and document student progress, collaborating with the team to adjust supports as needed
- Support self-help skills such as toileting, feeding, and hygiene to encourage independence
- Partner with teachers, BCBAs, and families to maintain consistent, individualized support
Skills
- Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
