- Job Description Join a growing, client-focused financial planning practice where you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting investment and planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Client & Advisor Support:
- Support preparation for client meetings, including gathering and updating financial data
- Financial Planning & Investment Support:
- Assist in developing portfolio recommendations aligned with client goals and risk tolerance
- Support portfolio reviews, reporting, and rebalancing activities
- Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to complete account activity
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Nice to have
- College degree preferred.
- 2-5+ years of similar experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Envestnet and Thompson ONE
