About the role
- The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable engaging with diverse customer groups across the U.S. and Mexico.
- This position is primarily remote, with client site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Manage project scope, timeline, risk, communication, and stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, project governance documentation, meeting agendas, and status reports.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support.
- Support change management, training coordination, UAT oversight, and end‑user readiness activities.
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders and facilitate complex decision‑making.
Requirements
- This role requires a strong background in managing end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work directly with both technical and functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, business processes, data flows, and dependencies.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications preferred (not required).
