Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical and mechanical assembly using drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Build assemblies using techniques such as drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, brazing, and soldering
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to test new components and support product development
- Maintain accurate product documentation in accordance with ESAB standards
- Support quality processes and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of experience in complex electro-mechanical assembly preferred
Skills
- Language: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and electrical components
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working in plant areas
- Ability to lift, move, or position materials up to 50 lbs. and push/pull heavier items using assistive equipment
- May occasionally be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a production environment
