Maintain close attention to detail on every order to ensure quality standards are consistently met before anything goes out the door.
Support business card design production and other digital print services as needed.
As a Print Production Specialist, you will partner with the Production Manager and the broader production team to operate digital press equipment, handle high-volume print orders, and ensure every client receives exactly what they ordered on time and looking great.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a print-related production role.
Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is required.
Familiarity with digital press and post-press finishing equipment including UV coaters, rotary die cutters, laser cutters, and laminators.
Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with minimal daily direction.
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Familiarity with digital print services including business card design and production.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality.
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to production quality on every order.
Clear, proactive communication skills and strong active listening.
Salary: $20/hour
