About the role
- The Press Brake Operator is responsible for safely bending and forming metal sheets and plates to precise specifications.
Responsibilities
- Select and properly store tooling to maintain tool life and part quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with Super Steel's 7S standards.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.

- Operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
- Review bills of materials and verify material type, thickness, and measurements for accuracy.
- Inspect incoming material and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Safely guide and position material during forming operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Compensation
- 9 paid holidays annually, effective after 30 days.
