About the role

Our structured approach helps maintain service quality and supports team members in meeting these expectations without compromising our standards.
Communicate in writing to provide technical support and product recommendations to customers via email and other applications.
Maintain an extensive working knowledge of aftermarket automotive technology as it pertains to building, tuning, and maintaining Race Cars, Hot Rods, and Muscle Cars.
Serve as a technical resource for both customers and internal teams, including sales and customer support staff.
Assist our product and e-commerce teams to develop and update website content.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product visibility, customer engagement, and overall sales success.
Constantly work to improve processes; make suggestions for productivity improvements, and optimize employee workflow, while continuing to meet our customers' needs.
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
