  • Job Description Miami University (Oxford, OH) is announcing a search for an Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Lecturer to teach undergraduate and graduate courses beginning Fall Semester, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • The SLAM has three undergraduate majors designed to prepare students for specific career opportunities in Sport Management, Sport Coaching, Sport Communication and Media.
  • It is our belief that the synergy from this comprehensive approach creates the kind of integrated human experience that is essential to excellence in research and teaching.

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree in Sport Media, Sport Communication, Communication Studies, Media Studies, Sport Management, or closely-related field required by date of appointment for appointment as Assistant Teaching Professor.
  • 4) experience with technology and equipment used in the sport communication and media field, and 5) experience with video and audio production.
