Responsibilities

  • REO Liquidation Support (USDA, VA, Asset)
  • Support Cash‑for‑Keys workflows for occupied REO assets.
  • Review valuations and support claim processes.
  • Manage REO closing workflows.
  • Support FHA conveyance timelines and HUD claim readiness.
  • Support Title Curative reviews.
  • Maintain accurate loan documentation across MSP and related repository systems.
  • Support multiple teams depending on operational demand.

Compensation

  • This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
  • Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
  • $28.09 - $37.44 Hourly

  • What We Do
  • The Default Loan Servicing Specialist - Asset Management serves as a cross‑functional, utility‑style specialist supporting all facets of REO liquidation across USDA, VA, and Asset channels, while also providing coverage for FHA Post Sale workflows.
  • Candidates selected for this role must be comfortable working on a hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
