About the role
- Advanced Recovery Systems is a behavioral healthcare management organization focused on addressing addiction and mental health challenges.
- Located in the charming city of Salem, Oregon, The Recovery Village Salem Drug and Alcohol Rehab is an accredited adult rehab facility.
- This position reports directly to the SVP of Operations or the Regional Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- The Site CEO takes the lead with complete responsibility for the operations of their designated facility or facilities.
- As the primary decision-maker for all financial aspects, including expense approvals, the Site CEO will receive support from corporate functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree and five (5+) years of experience as defined below.
- Or Bachelor's degree and ten (10+) years of experience as defined below.
- With Bachelor's - ten (10) years of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders treatment facility.
