About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services in Java and Spring Boot to support Postman's internal Cloud Platform.
- Architect new services that manage service deployment, lifecycle, and scaling across Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) to support continuous delivery.
- Drive innovation by contributing to open-source projects where applicable.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Cloud Architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams to align solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software design principles (scalability, extensibility, resilience).
- Experience with build and testing tools (Gradle, Maven, JUnit).
- Proficiency with Git and Gitflow workflows.

Compensation
- The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $210,000 to $240,000, plus a competitive equity package.
