About the role

- This role is responsible for driving manufacturing productivity by improving process efficiencies, increasing capacity, reducing waste, and improving quality.
- Key processes in this facility include industrial roofing urethane and asphalt, and adhesive tape.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous process improvement activities
- Identify and implement automation and packaging improvements
- Utilize financial analysis tools to support plant activities and identify opportunities
- Support capital projects that range in complexity and scale
- Develop standardized work procedures
- Capital project support experience of minimum $100K
- Process measurement and improvement technique experience and process design experience
- Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
- BS Degree in an Engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting or executing process development projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Proven leadership in process improvements - Lean, Six Sigma, SWOT
- Familiarity with ISO certification processes
- Knowledge of Management of Change and PSM programs
- Track record of leading capital projects exceeding $100K
- Ability to read & interpret electrical & network diagrams

Compensation
- The salary for this role is $110,000 - $135,000.
