- Logan Health Kid Kare is seeking a PRN Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our warm, energetic, and highly collaborative team!

Responsibilities
- Create a Safe, Engaging Environment
- Support & Supervise Children
- Model and support positive habits around nutrition, exercise, and safety
- Partner with teachers and staff to plan activities and support classrooms
- Administrative Support
Requirements
- Our ideal candidate is:
Nice to have
- Positive, dependable, and emotionally intelligent
- Attentive to each child's needs, strengths, and unique background
- A strong communicator who works well in a team environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Montana state-required early childhood training within 6 months of hire
- Completion of STARS Assistant Teacher training within 12 months
- CPR/AED certified or able to obtain within 30 days (training provided)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Compensation
- Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs.
