About the role
- This role will be critical in ensuring Netflix's communication systems are robust, secure, cost-effective, and built for scalability and operational excellence.
- This is a full-time, onsite position based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date architectural diagrams of the entire radio ecosystem.
- Build and manage the program's financial roadmap, optimizing short- and long-term budgets while balancing CapEx and OpEx.
Requirements
- Regional travel of approximately 15% will be required.
- 5+ years of experience in RF (Radio Frequency) engineering, wireless network architecture, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale radio infrastructures and transitioning systems from outsourced integrators to internal ownership and management.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, wireless communications, system architecture, and enterprise radio solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency creating architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
Compensation
- $80k-$120k
