About the role

This role will be critical in ensuring Netflix's communication systems are robust, secure, cost-effective, and built for scalability and operational excellence.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Los Angeles, CA.

Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date architectural diagrams of the entire radio ecosystem.
Build and manage the program's financial roadmap, optimizing short- and long-term budgets while balancing CapEx and OpEx.

Regional travel of approximately 15% will be required.
5+ years of experience in RF (Radio Frequency) engineering, wireless network architecture, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale radio infrastructures and transitioning systems from outsourced integrators to internal ownership and management.
Strong understanding of RF principles, wireless communications, system architecture, and enterprise radio solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency creating architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

Architect and implement secure radio networks, including authentication, segmentation, and access controls, tailored to operational bandwidth, coverage, capacity, and user density requirements.
Conduct surveys to optimize antenna placement, manage capacity planning, and validate optimal signal coverage.
