Responsibilities

  • Support daily studio stand-ups and coordinate scrum-style production workflows across Studio team members.
  • Manage project intake, pre-production file review, timelines, and task assignment for digital studio deliverables, including email, banner, web, presentation, and other digital assets.
  • Confirm project details, support quality checks, and coordinate final file delivery against deadlines.
  • Produce job reporting and support workflow improvements, including AI-enabled production process enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, deadlines, file requirements, and stakeholder updates with accurate delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of studio coordination, resource management, project management, or traffic coordination experience in a creative agency or digital production studio environment.
  • Experience leading daily stand-ups or production check-ins with digital production teams.

Compensation

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals and code version control basics used in digital production workflows.
  • Exposure to integrated studio operations across digital, print, presentation, creative production, or related studio channels.
  • Experience identifying or implementing workflow improvements, automation, or AI-enabled production tools.
  • Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • The base salary range for this position is between CAD $65,000-80,000 per year.
