Job Profile Summary: Responsible for collaborating with faculty and researchers in managing routine aspects of proposal development, development of financial resources and programs, and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Develop proposal budgets and budget justifications in accordance with sponsor guidelines, federal regulations, and university policies.
Maintain proposal records, documentation, and reporting within university systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform other duties assigned to support the research mission of the school.

This position partners closely with faculty to develop competitive research proposals while ensuring compliance with university, sponsor, and federal requirements.

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
Demonstrated knowledge of federal regulations, Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), and sponsor guidelines.
Experience interpreting funding opportunity announcements and coordinating complex proposal submissions.

$42,480 - $59,000 per year; DOE
