About the role
- This role is responsible for planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns, community engagement efforts, donor stewardship, and regional events to help achieve annual fundraising goals.
Responsibilities
- The Area Manager - Southwest (Arizona) reports to and works closely with the Regional Manager to support HHRD's fundraising, community outreach, and In-Kind initiatives throughout the Southwest region.

- Working alongside the Regional Manager and national fundraising team, the Area Manager provides leadership and coordination to strengthen HHRD's impact across the region.
- Must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with a very dedicated team.
- Must be able to travel extensively as needed within the region with occasional travels outside the regions for meetings and conferences.
- This includes assisting with the collection of donations and supplies for the In-Kind program, fostering meaningful connections with local donors, and ensuring seamless operations for community-driven initiatives.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Compensation
- Responsible for achieving annual fundraising targets for the Region Public speaking, e.g. fundraising appeals, presentations, etc.
