Responsibilities

Ignite Digital enables national security agencies to accelerate decisions, elevate operational outcomes and achieve the outsized performance only an inside partner can deliver.
When agencies need a combination of tech and touch, Ignite Digital creates outcome-driving partnerships and stands with agencies to accomplish mission objectives.
Ignite delivers partnership beyond presentations to inspire the confidence to lead in a digital-forward world.
Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned government projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, action trackers, and project management artifacts.
Track project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts to cost, schedule, and performance.
Prepare executive-level project status reports, briefings, meeting materials, and decision-support documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
10+ years of relevant Department of Defense or federal government project management experience.
Experience supporting technical environments involving cloud computing, edge technologies, networking, systems integration, or infrastructure modernization.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Experience managing Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) within NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or other Navy organizations.
Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar applications.
Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud migration, network modernization, or enterprise IT implementation projects.
