Develop and refine meaningful success metrics to measure impact, guide decision-making, and ensure sustained growth.
Lead cross-functional execution - Manage and develop a team of 4+ across engineering, design, and marketing to execute on product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monetization strategy - Optimize and expand revenue streams, including ad monetization, subscriptions, and premium offerings to maximize LTV and profitability.
Product & feature iteration - Leverage data-driven insights to refine the product experience, improve key engagement metrics, and drive continuous feature development.
Data-driven decision making - Utilize SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to uncover trends, measure performance, and drive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Optimize performance & scalability - Identify new networks, traffic sources, and operational improvements to enhance overall product performance and expand market reach.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.
Experience with product road mapping and long-term strategic planning.

Define and drive product vision and roadmap - Establish long-term strategic goals for our Launcher product while identifying opportunities to scale and expand into new markets.
